Streamline bug tracking with Azure DevOps integration

Bugzy is a bug-reporting and release-management platform that integrates with Azure DevOps. When a bug is captured in Bugzy, the integration auto-creates an Azure work item containing the screenshot, video (when present), Bugzy issue number, title, description, priority, severity, reporter and creation timestamp — plus a link back to the full Bugzy issue, where engineering can scrub the session replay, open the synced DevTools and read the console + network logs.

Click "Connect" next to the Azure DevOps integration and log in with your Azure credentials. For each Bugzy project, select the organization, project, item type and parent work item where new items should land, then click the link icon to complete the setup.

The Azure DevOps integration is included with Bugzy's professional plan. There are no per-item or per-project fees from Bugzy; Microsoft's Azure DevOps pricing is separate and unaffected.

Yes. The Azure DevOps integration is configured per Bugzy project — connect one Bugzy project to one Azure organization, project and work item type, and connect another Bugzy project to a different Azure organization if needed. Each project routes independently.

No. The sync is one-way from Bugzy to Azure DevOps — Bugzy is the source of truth. State changes or comments made directly on the Azure work item won't reflect back in Bugzy.

No. Each sync is a one-time push at the moment you click sync. Updating the bug in Bugzy after syncing doesn't update the Azure work item. To reflect the change in Azure DevOps, sync the issue again.

Both. Bugzy has two modes per project: auto-sync (every issue captured by the Bugzy widget — including from your public customers — pushes to Azure DevOps automatically) and manual sync (review issues in Bugzy and push only the ones you want). Turn auto-sync off if you want to triage before syncing; turn it on if you want everything in Azure DevOps automatically.
